‘Ōhi‘a Drip Blend

The ‘Ōhi‘a tree is endemic to the Hawaiian Islands and the most abundant native tree in the state of Hawai'i. ‘Ōhi‘a Lehua ("oh-hee-uh ley-hoo-ah") flowers blossom  salmon, garnet, yellow, or sometimes white in color. Since 2014, the trees have been dying from a fungal disease referred to as "Rapid ‘Ōhi‘a Death", which triggered a massive effort to save them from going extinct. 
 
One of our most well rounded coffees, the ‘Ōhi‘a Blend starts bright and sweet with notes of toasted meringue, then quickly mellows into the smooth full bodied flavor of cinnamon, brown sugar and nutmeg. This classic medium roast using beans from Costa Rica, Columbia, and Sumatra, is sure to become your new go-to coffee.
